At VITASTE, our intention is to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience.

Want to return a product ? Returns will be accepted under the following conditions,

• Wrong product delivered
• Order cancellation by customer within 2 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us.
• The refund will be initiated in 4-5 working days of receiving the product at our center in case of returns. Incase of cancellations, if the product is not shipped, we initiate the refund within 24 hours from the refund request.
