Idly Milagai Podi

Ingredients:

Red Chilli,  Urad Dhal,  Channa Dhal, Roasted gram, Sesame seeds, salt, Asafoetida, Curry leaves

Usage guidelines:

Idly/Dosa Milagai Podi also called as Gun powder It is a Tamilnadu-style spicy chutney powder

The powder (Idly Milagai Podi) can be mixed with gingely oil (Til Oil) and served with Idly & Dosa

Alternatively it can be sprinkled on the Idly and Dosa surface, then drizzle the oil / ghee  and it eat it as Podi Dosa or Podi Idly
